USA changing schedule last minute?

USA changing schedule last minute?
Okay lately, I check the TV guide and I find Monk is repeated Friday night at 10pm (MDT). So I don't record it. Well it's not broadcast. Same for the following Mon.
It's happened twice. Does USA Network often change their schedule? I was looking at GIST TV online guide. The DishNetwork guide did not have, so perhaps GIST TV doesn't update changes?

I missed Monk a couple weeks ago and the TV Guide completely steered me wrong as well. Eventually, I found a rerun time that was accurate: Thursday at 9pm (Mountain Time).

Well, I check usanetwork.com and according to their schedule, the re-airings are going to be moving around. A tennis tournament (US Open?) will be interupting the schedule for two weeks I think.
If you want to catch Monk, I think it's best to check out the network web site. I'm not trusting any guide for a while.
