Howard Stern's Boxing
Where did the money go?
5000 seats. one dollars a head. one hundred thousand to two boxers. Where did the other 300,000 go. I would've thought that Trump gave them the space for the publicity. There were sponsors....so...where did the extra money go?

On top of that there wasn't even close to 5,000 tickets sold.
Many of the seats were freebies (I'd say ATLEAST 1,500 to 2,000) to celebrities, KROCK workers, family members, the wack pack, etc.

It costs $1 million dollars alone to get Michael Buffer to lend his voice or appearance to anything, even though he is friends w/ Howard & he gets extra money when he has to say something weird or unusual.

They didn't pay Michael B. one million dollars for his appearance. That wouldn't make any financial sense.
He did it for a smaller fee than he's accustomed to.

The Holyfield vs. Rahman fight actually had the "classy" Jimmy Lennon Jr. I don't think I've seen Buffer on HBO in a while.

Jimmy lennon Jr was the showtime announcer. He would alway yell "it's showtime" and the lights would come on. Buffer usually did HBO fights. Maybe Buffer is too big for regular HBO boxing now, and HBO lured Jimmy Lennon away from HBO. I also noticed that Jimmy Lennon did not say his tagline "it's showtime" last night.
