Sweeeeeeeeet.
I just saw an ad for an entirely NEW "Comedy Central Presents: Lewis Black." It will be premiering on
Monday, 4/22/02, at 10 PM EST on Comedy Central.
This is not a re-air of "Taxed Beyond Belief," nor is it a re-air of his old "CC Presents" special with the "if it weren't for my horse" joke. It looks like a recording of his stand-up act (like his old "CC Presents" special), but with new material.
Hopefully if/when I go see him in a month or so here in DC, it'll be different material. If not, I'm sure I'll still be laughing my butt off.
"Willard Scott'll be standing in front of the Washington Monument dressed in a chipmunk outfit, and frogs will be bouncing off his head! And he'll say 'Giant frogs, giant frogs, what can I say? Back to you.'"
