ed 4/10

ok, this one to me seemed entirely out of place for normal ed shows. i don't think that i like ed trying to be all dramatic and stuff. i certainly didn't care for the whole sexual harassment plotline. when did it become illegal for someone to compliment a woman on their looks? that woman was just making me scream at the tv, and don't even get me started on the lawyer chick. i hope that in a couple of weeks we will get back to the old ed that we all know and love.

I rather liked this show. Ed and Mike are great friends, as we've seen over both seasons. But this episode really showed us how powerful their friendship is. It was more dramatic, but I liked it nonetheless. The only problem I had was that there was no Warren Cheswick sub-plot.

I liked this episode too. It was a little more serious than past episodes but what Ed's storyline lacked in comedy Phil's "union" storyline made up for.

"when did you stop being MY man, and started being THE man?!"

I do hope that they don't drag out this "Carol the writer" story too much longer, it just isn't that interesting.

Where has Principal Jackass been these last few weeks? He seems to have just disappeared.

IIRC, he went to Minnesota for a job interview. I thought he was back though?

Actually that was a pretty realistic storyline. It's all in the perception of the nurse receiving what Mike intended as a compliment.

When I became a manager a few years ago and took some employee interaction classes, the instructors emphasized that we stick mostly to work-related conversation with staff and minimize the chit-chat, for 2 reasons. First, it tells staff that you run a serious workplace where they should actually work. And second and almost as important, it minimizes the chances of you saying something inappropriate that might come back and bite you in the a**.

Of course, I'm posting from work so what do I know?!

I'm not an English teacher, but if I were covering a story (especially a bake-off), I
Spoiler:
wouldn't write a seven page thesis

This episode was a little disappointing. I don't think the Ed/Mike storyline went as well. I don't mind some drama, but this week everything was a little off kilter.

Stuckeybowl must be doing pretty good, if he can restore the alley back to a teen hangout. Should have left the disco ball though.

I was a little disappointed with this episode. Overall I think that it got to be a little bit cheesy. It was nice that they included a little self-mockery there in the end.

I was wondering that too. I guess since Ed's brother-in-law left for Vegas, he had to go back to the old Stuckeybowl.

Foo Fighters, "Next Year." Oh, you mean the new theme song? Clem Snide, "Moment in the Sun."

I sincerely hope not.

Just kidding. Sure, try Amazon... I bet they might have it.
