Nevermind ... it's been cancelled.

I saw that one coming a mile away. But it's still funny.

I briefly ran a few subjects through my head but quickly gave up hope.

I predict this thread will be cancelled after only a few more posts.

Can't the mods give it a chance to grow and find an audience?

But it hasn't had enough view(er)s in the hour and a half since it was posted to justify not canceling it.

Before I read the post inside I was going to say before it gets cancelled.
Wednesday 9:30 (8:30 central) wasn't that bad & got cancelled after 2 airings. I'm sure they'll replace it with some god awful rerun but I hope they just put The Job back on.

THE JOB IS COMING BACK to that time slot! Let's hope ABC keeps it there for more than a minute.

I will leave this thread open in the hope that word of mouth will spread about it, and that it'll eventually get enough posts to get to page 2.

Actually, I just picked ABC out of thin air since they're the most recent culprit, but I could have said FOX or Sci-Fi Channel.

Anyway, I have brought with me a press release from Bonnie Hammer at the Sci-Fi Channel:

Sci-Fi Channel is pleased to announce that we are moving away from TV related threads in TV Talk. We think this will greatly benefit fans of TV and increase involvement in the forum. Be on the lookout for these great new threads: a discussion of how paper is made, photographs of a brick wall, and the new Stephen King project (executive producer, that is) Different Ways to Pronounce the Word 'The'. This is a huge step for the Sci-Fi Channel and TV Talk, and we are looking forward to the future. Unfortunately, this thread (along with others) does not fit into the new plan, but we are very proud of the work we have done on it so far.

Sincerely,
Bonnie Hammer

I make it a habit not to check out anything on ABC....makes the world a much happier place to live.

I think the only show I see on ABC is Dharma & Greg (wife likes it). Are they doing anything else that's not reality based?

Um, Blue, Philly, Once & Again (pre-cancel), My Wife & Kids, George Lopez, Spin City, Alias, The Practice ...

ABC gets crapped on a lot around here, but they still have some great shows on their network ... as long as they don't cancel them.

You're just pissed that ABC passed on "Baby Bob": the freak hit on CBS.
