I watched every ep of Cheers, and when Frasier got his own show when Cheers ended, I started watching it. Consequently, up until Dish stopped carrying nbc in my area February 2001, I had seen every episode. Usually I found it quite funny. But it just didn't rank going over to my mom's an extra night just to tape it (I DID go there Wed and Thurs to get West Wing, L & O, Friends and Will & Grace).
Consequently, it got dropped from my viewing schedule, and even when I got NBC again in Dec 2001 (yes, it took THAT long to get a bloody waiver
) I have only watched it when my other Tues. shows are repeats. I just don't have enough receivers to tape Frasier when Buffy, Roswell, That 70's Show, 24, Gilmore Girls, Smallville, AND NYPD Blue are new.
As to finding Frasier himself attractive - he does have some qualities that are endearing (which is why I can stand the pompous guy) but he's not my type.
The show as a whole is quite funny - but I think of it as an ensemble - lots of what I find funny is Niles and Martin, not the "lead."

I've seen every episode of Frasier. It is about my favorite show on the air (Friends and it are always switching in my head as to my favorite show).
I never really got in to Cheers, by Frasier is an awesome sitcom. I don't think it is in a bad time slot, I don't watch any other shows on the networks (except Blue sometimes) on Tuesdays.
It will be on for 11 years total, new contract I believe. It will run as along as Cheers.
