Damn those bastards. Gotta vote off Gina because she's too cool. She reminds me of Gretchen from back in tha day: attractive (but not slutty), atheletic (but not manly), intelligent, and nice. I guess they feel that with the merger (assumed) coming up, Kathy can't lose any more challenges for them. And seriously, she's only been the driving factor in the loss of like 4 challenges. That's not that bad ... oh wait. I understand why they did it, but I'll miss Gina.

I'm really sorry to see Gina go as I really liked her, but things could get extra interesting now as the tribes merge and Rob has a chance to make an alliance against John. These guys are primed to clash.
How stupid is John anyway? He seems to be so anxious to let everyone know how in charge he is that he is really hanging himself in the process. He's painting a huge red target on his chest.

I really don't like John either. I hope that next week Rob, Sean and V jump ship and join the remaining members of Maramu and start voting off that Rotu alliance.
John could also get the Maramu tribe on his side but I think he's way to stuck up and doesn't want to risk losing his power so he won't go out of his way to make another alliance.
I think I'm the minority here, but I'm starting to like Rob. But I probably just like him because he hates John and wants to get him voted off.

The blonde that helped vote off Gina tonight is pretty cute.
I like Rob too. He's pretty loony. You knew he was going off the deep end when he started quoting the God Father. Then, after a pretty good argument with John tonight, he just flat out asks: "are you gay?"
Hilaraious!!

I've been digging the Robfather for quite a while now, and he simply made it happen for him and Sean by winning immunity for his "peeps". If Rob gets wind of how disgusted of Paschal was of Gabe's getting the boot, Rob can easily get Paschal and Neleh on his side to get rid of John so easily. I'm getting the feeling that John's going to have to win immunity to stay in the game because even Tammy was against "trying to lose immunity" and should be shrewd enough to see that John needs to go.
I'm very sad that Gina got the boot. The main reason to give Gina the boot over Kathy is because Kathy is not a threat to win immunity due to her incompetence and unathleticism. But Gina was nice to look at (even if I didn't cotton to her accent).
The merge is really going to make it interesting because you got some sharp cookies anf some really dumb cookies, but if you lay low, you could go far in this season's Survivor because the lightning rods will get the boot.

It seems that Rob is the only player left that actually understands the game. Although I'm not sure that his confrontational tactics won't hurt him, he has strategy. I mean, no matter how much I deny it, voting off Hunter was -not- stupid. He would have been a -serious- threat come merge time, and it's not like he'd helped them to win any of those five challenges. Plus, they knew where to find food, so it's not as if they would starve without him.
He also thinks ahead about challenges: do you think it's a coincidence that Vee and Sean sat out of the Reward Challenge? Rob is plenty aware of priority- and why would he want to trust Immunity to the other alliance in the tribe, which will clearly vote for him the first chance they get (preferrably -before- the merge)? He also probably convinced Tammy to sit out as well- he knew that she has pride, that she'd never put anything but her best into a challenge. We've seen her be hospitable and personable to R/S/V in past episodes, Rob takes note of these things.
Next week he'll try to get cozy with P/N/K, who are probably not are great terms with J/R/T/Z because of Gabe. Unlike John, Rob is not afraid to lie, on national television even. If his plan works out, and John leaves us next Thursday, Rob wouldn't have to worry about a sour jury voter due to his lies. He's here to play the game. And thanks to MB's genius/evil editing, I'm really starting to like the guy too. I actually -wanted- Rotu to win the immunity challenge, sadly enough. His villain arch is over- and I'm damn glad.

who is liz and rodger??
john remind me of Richard from $urvivor one. what is the new tribe name when they merge??
the reason they voted off gina tonite, was Kathy, Nelleh, & pappy become a family. Maraamu lost the challenge because of kathy lack of leadership and she does not know where she was going in the maze.

If what's his butt is the so called "leader" and they only played 4 people during the immunity round, why didn't he let his 4 people play the game, instead of the other three and one of his? He wanted Rob off, he couldve gotten Rob off.
It was hard to see in the previews for next week who's camp they got or even if they had to make a totally new one. It would be a rather difficult decision though as to what camp to take. Rotu has that sweet watering hole, whereas, Maraamu has food a plenty.

Still, if John was so intent on throwing the challange, he should have been in there, not Rob. Rob had also been in the earlier challange, so any of them could have been the 4th person.

Rob simply took the initiative to be the guy to repeat in 2 challenges in a row. John got outmanuevers by Rob in this instance.
You have to love the way Rob put John on the defensive with that small question about his sexuality. I keep telling people that Rob is the one to watch because he's subversively overt, he stirs the pot, but I think he's going to be one of the stronger "players" in terms of individual immunity challenges down the stretch.

Rob is a total fake. He acts as if he is playing "his game" and that he is able to manipulate everyone. The only person he had any influence over was probably mole-face and perhaps Sean, who is even more of a moron than he is. This guy is all talk and he tough-guy image is so transparent it's pathetic. This is the guy that used to get his ass kicked growing up so he had to learn to talk to get his way out of things.
