Not me. It's quite boring compared to The Amazing Race II.

Didn't watch the first season except for the finale, watched the second season like a maniac, watched one episode of the third season and was disgusted by it (mainly by Moron-mu).

TAR2 destroys this show, in my mind... I feel more of the "love of the game" from this show, rather than Survivor, where everyone seems to be scheming and hating the whole time. Same with Combat Missions... oy, do I love Combat Missions!

Yeah. The purpose of a thread being that all thoughts about a specific show be organized so every individual opinion doesn't cloud the forum.

Even the fans would have to admit that it is getting kind of boring, but there is something addictive about it.

Yeah, I know I was saying that there was a thread, because there are a BUNCH of people that still watch the show, I dind't mean that he should talk about this in there.

I love the show. Sure it's pretty much the same thing each season but it's damn_addicting. There's always some nice eye candy each season anyway.

I watch it. It's not about the repetitive challenges and repetitive voting and repetitive rewards... because yes, all that is very repetitve no matter how they mix it up. It's about the people and how they put up with each other and the scheming and back-stabbing and everything else.

And nobody can say that has gone the same way since season 1. It could run for years and that would never be the same.

I did miss it last week, the first half hour anyway. Stupid CBS switching the days back and forth all the time.

My wife & I watch it religiously. My parents, sister & her husband, and almost all my friends watch it every week. I know this is a show everyone loves to hate but obviously there are a good number of people still watching it.

I watched season's one and two, but only watched the premiere of season three. I started watching again this season but I'm quickly losing interest (especially now that lazy, fake boobs, whatever her name was is gone).

I watch it and I love it. The ratings would tend to indicate that it's not getting old and stale.

http://tv.zap2it.com/news/ratings/ne...24network.html

1. ACADEMY AWARDS (ABC)
2. ON RED CARPET:OSCARS 2002 (ABC)
3. EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND (CBS)
4. FRIENDS (NBC)
5. SURVIVOR:MARQUESAS-WED 2 (CBS)

While I watch every single episode, I don't think the ratings would indicate a level of quality. In fact, I find more often than not that ratings are higher for stale shows, as the general public likes things that are "familiar" (read: stale). As for personal opinions on the show, some things are starting to wear thin, but there's still enough life to it to make it worth my time each week.

Absolutely. It is much better than old-and-stale Friends.

I ignored seasons 1-3 of survivor, so this is my first season watching it. I had been exclusive to the FOX channel until they cancelled my favorite shows, so I am explanding my horizons. Survivor has been very fun for me to watch. I can't wait to see what happens next.

That is strange, I never would feel so strongly against any show - were you marooned on an island as a child????????????????

I'd watch anything once, just to see what it was all about.
