I was surprised that everyone except Fox was afraid of the Olympics. Things are really going to be picking up in the next week or two.

Whats with CBS!!?!?!? Why didn't they premeire SURVIVOR 4 during the olympics!! They would have killed. Might have tipped the friends scale a little bit.

The only thing worse than missing my favorite shows on the other networks is the non-stop annoying promotion of NBC shows ... "after the Olympics."

The only show I've been going through withdrawls from has been The West Wing.

from espn's the sports guy
THUMBS DOWN ... for those endless "Friends" promos, courtesy of NBC. At this point, Joey could profess his love for Rachel, and they could consummate it with a live sex act, and I wouldn't watch that show next week. OK, that's a lie.

Now that the Winter Games are over, my TV watching drops back down to almost nil.

Mine will drop back to about 10 hours or so, down from being glued to the TV every waking second of coverage.

The Olympics were great, the most time I've ever spent watching any Winter Olympics telecast.

But, bring on FRIENDS!.

It'll be nice getting back into the Joey/Ross/Rachel storyline.

Sure. I have satellite and cable but most non-network shows are reruns and other forms of cheap programming (not including HBO, Showtime, etc).
