I'm going to interject a little British humor in my list because BritComs are often way funnier than anything produced by the US.

In no particular order:
1. Red Dwarf (especially seasons 2, 3, and 4)
2. Blackadder
3. Simpsons
4. MASH
5. Taxi
6. Cheers
7. Fawlty Towers
8. Malcolm in the Middle
9. That 70s Show
10. Seinfeld

Honorable mention to Coupling, which is like Friends only a lot funnier; Father Ted, which is as surreal as it is funny; and Absolutely Fabulous for those days I want to feel superior to a couple of boozing shouting drug addicts in England.
