so what happened to this show?

There hasn't been an episode in about a month and my Tivo does not show any new episodes coming up either.

It's on hiatus during sweeps. It's supposed to be back on the air Monday nights in March.
I hope the ratings go way up then; otherwise the show will be cancelled. The "pulled during sweeps" move by the network is usually what happens right before the axe falls.
