Been pretty happy so far. Keifer Sutherland winning Drama Actor was weak, and while I LOVE Alias, Garner should no have beaten Edie Falco or Sela Ward, who could act circles around Sidney's character.

Good to see Sex and the City is still appreciated as head and shoulders above all the other wasteful drivel in the "comedy" department.

Surprised to see Six Feet Under snag Best Drama, but I certainly don't disagree. My vote would have gone to The West Wing with Six Feet Under as a close close second.

Oh, and Stanley Tucci is a god.

As much as I enjoyed Nicole's performance, I would have rather seen Reese Witherspoon win for best actress.

Since all the TV stuff is done, I have turned off the show.

Why on earth are they having that dork Ben Afflick do the intro for Harrison when Spielberg is in the audience?

Well, if you haven't seen What Lies Beneath, I guess there's no point now.

By the way, did anyone notice that yesterday HBO was showing What lies beneath while at the same time HBO2 was showing Woman on Top

Yes, I know, and in case there wasn't anyone who didn't, Ben was careful to mention it onstage. But still, he's kind of a lightweight by comparison to present that award.

I bet Harrison Ford already threw his award in the trash and is onboard his private jet heading home.

Great to see one of the truly great American film makers finally bring home a Globe.

First AFI, now HFPA ... perhaps he'll finally get a much deserved Oscar (though, I'm still rooting for Ron Howard).

So far, a good show. I was glad to see Kiefer Sutherland, Sex and the City, Six Feet Under and Band of Brothers all win thus far.

He's probably already ordered the assassination of the jackass that had the audacity to associate him with Star Wars.

Not sure how Robert Altman pulled off the Best Director award. Lifetime achievement sentiments are my guess. Peter Jackson deserved it most.

I still think it's funny that people give a crap about "the" Foreign press and their Golden Globes. Sure, it's nice to be signled out for a good performance, but sometimes their "winners" do make you go, "hmmm...."

At least the "stars" showed up for the GGs.

If anything, I gotta to hand it to him for directing movies at his age. But yes, he does look like a corpse.
