Whoopi to host the 2002 Oscars : WTF !??
Just read on Yahoo news that Whoopi Goldberg was signed to host the Oscars this year. Unbelievable. She was so awful hosting them two years ago. Laughing at her own (horrible) jokes. No one else was. Coming out in those costumes. Painful. They gonna sign David Letterman to return next year?? With all the talented people who *could* host, why HER!? It's gonna be a miserable 10 hours.

Whoopie's first shot at hosting was pretty bad...she brought politics to the show which is a big no-no, plus she just wasn't funny. However, I thought she did a good job the second time around. Still, I prefer Billy Crystal...or even better, Steve Martin.

at her jokes. Not once. And the audience didn't laugh much
either if I recall. And the jokes were pretty tasteless too.
Unlike Crystal or Martin. Her coming out every now
and then in those costumes from nominated movies fell
completely flat. No, my vote goes for her being the worst
host EVER! Hands down.
