Arrrrrrgh!! They're moving B5
I really look forward to coming home from work and relaxing to some Babylon 5. They're moving it to 5:00 in a coupla weeks according to the flash bug. (I suppose, as usual, I'm the last to find out?)
I guess I could tape it, but it just wouldn't be the same.

I feel your pain. I've been TiVo'ing it while watching Buffy eps at the same time and catching it later in the evening or on the weekends. With the Buff winding down this week, I was looking forward to retuning to B5 in the 7pm slot. Thankfully, with TiVo, it doesn't really matter, but I know what you mean. It's not the same. I guess they're preparing to wind down the series run for the time being. I guess we should consider outselves lucky to get three consecutive non-stop airings of the show in their best timeslot. But it still sucks.

I know what you mean - I tape everything now because I've got no time for commercials, but I used to rush home each day by 1 pm so I could watch Quantum Leap on sci fi (on west coast getting the east coast feed, so it was technically the 4 pm slot). There's just something about that "I've gotta get home in time to watch 'x'" feeling that's good to have.
I haven't actually watched B5 since its initial run - but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the dvds will actually be made in the near future, so I'll enjoy them in all their splendor as if I had never seen it before.

Okay, is that when they go back to Season 1 again? No, I didn't know about the change either. I'll probably replay it because I haven't been watching since Buffy started up again, only because I watched B5 twice through and had Buffy's I need to see or had only seen once.

das - where are they now?
And the rock cried out, "No hidin' place"
There's no hidin' place down here ... down here
Ya know the sinners, they're gonna be runnin'
At the knowledge of their fate.
They're gonna run to the rocks and the mountains,
But they're prayers'll be to late.
Well, you know they forgot about Jesus,
Forgettin' that the end is nigh.
They're gonna try to find a rock to hide their face
When it comes their time to die.
No hidin' place ... in the mountains ...
No hidin' place ... in the water ...
No hidin' place ... down here ... no hidin' place
I went to the rock to hide my face
And the rock cried out, "No hidin' place"
There's no hidin' place down here.

They're very close to the end of the third season. The fourth should be starting up on Thursday.
I'm a little ticked they they're moving the show to 5pm, as I don't usually get home till 5:30 and I'll be having to tape it every night from now on. The one benefit is that I won't have to deal with commercials as much, but the quality of my vcr recording isn't near as good as watching it from the actual broadcast.
