? for Tivo owners what do you have on season pass.

I currently have:
24
Sports Night
Iron Chef
Law and order (all 3)
ER
West Wing
Smackdown/raw/heat
My Wife and Kids
That 70's Show
Might ad UC
I think I would add more but I let things add up for days sometimes, and I still need to add a new hard drive so I can wait.

There's not enough room for all the shows I watch, so I only Season Pass programs that air every day.

Babylon 5
Farscape
Buffy
SportsNight
Cheers
Murder One
The Practice
Ally McBeal

That's like 10 hours a day right there. My TiVo would sh1t a brick if I tried to program any more than that.

ER (NBC and TNT reruns)
CSI
Gilmore Girls
Sports Night (I have fallen in love with this show... I could never watch it before I had my TiVo)
The Daily Show
Buffy (FX reruns... UPN Buffy conflicts with Gilmore Girls)
MST3K (if/when it ever comes on)
KEYWORD Search for "Documentary" and "War," and other military-themed shows

Used to record:
NewsRadio
Survivor: Africa (it just didn't grab my interest like Survivor: Outback did)

TiVo good!

I would probably add Boy Meets World(disney), and Pardon the Interuption, but I'm almost always home at these times shortly before I go to work so I always watch them. There is some good suggestions here.

If you mean, "how many channels can you record simultaneously?", then the answer is one for standalone TiVo boxes which work with antenna, cable, digital cable or satellite. If you have a "DirecTV Receiver with TiVo" box, then you can record 2 channels simultaneously. Ultimate TV (from Micro$oft) only works with DirecTV and can also record 2 channels simultaneously. I believe all the old ReplayTV boxes can only record one channel at a time. But I think the new Replay TV 4000 series boxes can record 2 channels simultaneously.

I have it on season pass so I can get the eps leading up to the wedding till the end of the series. Plus I need the pilot on tape and all episodes where Larisa Oleynik guest appeared.

Hey... is it true you can go online from whereever and tell your ReplayTV to record something? I heard that rumor and wondered if it is true. If so, Tivo better get this feature soon or maybe I will switch.

Yep - http://www.myreplaytv.com

The only catch is that whatever you program won't go through until after your next overnight download call. So for example, if I want to record Dark Angel tonight, I could not do so. If it something tomorrow or after, I could program it off the net.

If you don't mind hacking your TiVo, you can add an Ethernet card (dubbed TiVoNet), so that your TiVo is connected to the net via broadband all the time. Then, someone wrote up a bunch of Tcl scripts to make a "TiVoWeb" interface. You can access your TiVo from any web browser and remotely do anything you can do with the menu screens: delete programs, schedule recordings, season passes, edit To Do list, etc.
