Harm actually beat every one. he started 3 minutes behind the other commander, who won by only 4 minutes. BUT he got held up for the medic check next week will be their version of the china spy plane incident

I guess depends on how you look at it. I ran in HS so I generally do the following if you fall or are stopped for a reason thats just sucks to be you. Thou he might have won had not been for that.
