Clips were shown on the recent events that have added huge tension between Alliance members, Steve Austin and Rob Van Dam. They showed RVD come down and help Austin beat Angle on Raw and then Austin embracing him on Smackdown, followed by RVD turning on Austin later and nailing him with the frog splash. They also showed RVD hanging out with Vince and the question was raised as to what type of role Mr. McMahon will play tonight in the main event.

Jonathan Coachman talked about Chris Jericho and stated that he never reached his full potential in WCW and was not able to capture the Heavyweight title. Clips of Rock and Jericho getting into a brawl after their tag team match on Raw was shown. They then showed Jericho defeating RVD to get the shot for the title at No Mercy.

A recap was then played of Undertaker and Kane taking on Test and Booker T. on Smackdown. The Alliance members won the match after Booker T. got the pinfall over Undertaker.

Christian tricking Edge into thinking their mother was in trouble was shown. Christian used this to get the attack on his brother and he then joined the Alliance. Edge was then shown saying that he would have no problem taking out his brother after what he has done.

There was much hype for the lingerie match between Stacy Keibler and Torrie Wilson. They showed the recent altercations between the two hot women and then showed Torrie getting slammed through a table by the Dudleyz. They said she would indeed be all right to wrestle in the match tonight.

Match #1: WCW Tag Team Title Match

The Hardy Boyz w/ Lita vs. Lance Storm & The Hurricane w/ Mighty Molly & Ivory

The Hardyz came down to the ring first with Lita. Lance Storm and Ivory followed and finally The Hurricane made his way down with Might Molly. Helms and Jeff started off the match. Helms got off to a quick offensive and nailed Jeff with a shoulder block and then strutted a Super Hero pose for the crowd. Jeff finally fought back and he made the tag to Matt. They hit a double team move on Helms and Matt took control.

Lance Storm was tagged in with a blind tag and he nailed Matt with a spinning kick. Helms called for him to tag him back in and he came right in and took out Matt. Jeff then came in and hit a jawbreaker on Storm and then they fought to the outside. Storm held Jeff on the outside and he went for a move, but Matt stopped him. The Hardyz double-teamed Storm on the outside and Hurricane leaped off the top and nailed them all with a plancha.

Helms and Storm then double-teamed Jeff and Storm nailed him with a dropkick to the face. Storm got him in the corner and stomped away at him and then went for the tag to Hurricane once again. They hit a double-team suplex and Helms then nailed Jeff with a backbreaker. He went for the cover and only got a two-count. Storm then was tagged back in and her went to work on Jeff again. He whipped Jeff and he countered and hit a spinning moonsault from the top.

Helms was tagged in and Matt took him and Storm both down. Matt nailed Helms from the top rope and then went for a cover. Matt and Jeff went for a double-team on Helms in the corner, but he moved and rolled up Matt for the pin. Matt got out and then nailed him with a leg drop from the middle rope. Storm and Helms then hit a double thrust kick on Matt and went for the pin, but Jeff stopped it.

Molly went into the ring and Lita came right in and attacker her. Ivory threw Lita off of Molly and out of the ring. Storm then got nailed with a Huricanrana from Lita and this allowed Matt to hit the Twist-of-Fate on Hurricane and then Jeff hit the Swanton and pinned him to get the victory.
Winner(s): The Hardy Boyz

Rob Van Dam was shown coming into the arena. William Regal approached him and asked him if he was going to find Austin and apologize for the frog splash he delivered to him on Smackdown. Regal then asked if he was aligned with Vince McMahon and RVD said he was just looking out for himself and himself only.

Vince McMahon was then shown coming out of a stretch limousine in the parking lot. Michael Cole asked him why he was just showing up and then he told him that RVD had just arrived as well. Vince said that everyone has questions and they will all be answered tonight. Vince said he was at No Mercy to make an impact.

Match #2: WCW Tag Team Title Match

The Hardy Boyz w/ Lita vs. Lance Storm & The Hurricane w/ Mighty Molly & Ivory

Test and Kane got off to a quick start once the bell sounded. Kane got off to a good offense and worked over Test in the corner. Kane continued to muscle over Test and he finally military pressed him right over the top rope onto the outside floor. He followed him outside and started to punch him near the timekeeper’s table.

Test reached over and grabbed the ring bell and nailed Kane in the face with it right in front of the WCW referee. Test then brought Kane into the ring and slammed his head into the turnbuckle. Kane finally fought back and started throwing blows at Test. He then nailed him with a clothesline and missed the elbow drop, allowing Test to get up top and nail him with a flying elbow.

Test took down Kane again and went up top again. He attempted to hit his patented Flying Elbow Drop but missed and Kane got right back up and nailed Test with a neckbreaker. Test was then whipped off the ropes by Kane and nailed with the big boot to the face. Kane then nailed him with a suplex and went for the pin, but only got a 2-count. Kane then hit a sidewalk slam and went for the pin again, but for a 2.

They fought their way to the outside again and Kane had Test up on his shoulder. Test got free and slammed Kane into the ringpost and then kicked him right in the face to take him down. Test got him back in the ring and went for the big kick again and missed and Kane nailed him with a thunderous chokeslam. Both men were down and Kane made his way over and only got a 2-count.

Kane whipped Test into the corner and then suplexed him again to the mat. Kane went upstairs and went for the clothesline off the top and missed. Test then went for the pump handle slam and hit it. He went for the pin and Kane kicked out. Test hit the big boot and went for the cover again and Kane kicked out again. Test then went outside and grabbed a chair.

Kane dropkicked the chair into the face of Test and then waited for him to get back to his feet. Kane was ready to hit Test with it and Nick Patrick tried to pull it away. Test ran over and Kane grabbed him for the chokeslam, but Test got free and nailed him in the face with the big boot and covered him for the 3-count and the victory.
Winner: Test

Jonathan Coachman went to the dressing room of Steve Austin and Debra answered the door. She asked Austin if he would talk to him and he said no but to tell him that Angle is a sorry SOB and RVD is a piece of trash. He then said Vince is a bigger piece of trash and he won’t lose his title.

Stacy Keibler came up and started to ask Matt Hardy something about the Dudleyz and then stopped and asked him what he thought of her lingerie. She opened her coat and showed him and his eyes widened and he said it looked good. Lita then walked up and asked him what he was looking at as she walked away and he covered it up and said nothing.

Match #3: Lingerie Match

Stacy Keibler vs. Torrie Wilson

Both sexy women came down and got down to their lingerie. Stacy took down Torrie and then took off her silk robe and showed off her complete attire. She then whipped Torrie in the ass. Torrie got up and Stacy got her by the hair and kicked her in the corner. Stacy whipped her off the ropes and Torrie hit a sunset flip and they exchanged the pinning combination several times.

Stacy slammed Torrie into the corner and then went up top. Torrie pulled her off the ropes and slammed her to the mat and went for the pin. Stacy then got up an whipped Torrie. She hit one of Tajiri’s acrobatic moves and nailed Stacy with an elbow and then pinned her to get the victory.
Winner: Torrie Wilson

Michael Cole interviewed Kurt Angle in the locker room area. He was asked about Vince’s role tonight and he started to talk and Mr. McMahon interrupted him and wished him good luck in the match. Angle said he did not need luck and said he would win the WWF Championship again and it was Van Dam true.

Lilian Garcia then interviewed Christian. He said people never realized that no matter how good you are, there is always someone better. He said Edge had to learn that and he poked fun at St. Louis and Mark McGuire. He then said he would prove he is better than Edge.

Match #4: Intercontinental Ladder Title Match

Edge vs. Christian

Edge and Christian went right at and started the match on the outside of the ring. Edge took it to his brother and slammed him against the guardrail on the outside. They got in the ring and Edge hit a back body drop on Christian and then kicked in the back of the knee repeatedly. Edge then threw his brother over the ropes and then tried to pull him by the hair, but he countered and then went for the ladder.

Edge dropkicked the ladder in the face of Christian and then threw him into the front row of the crowd. They fought out in the audience and threw blows until Christian fell in a chair. Edge grabbed him and threw him down and stomped away at him. He then picked him up and he began to fight back. Edge then back dropped Christian back to the ringside area and set up a ladder.

Edge laid out Christian and set the ladder across the steps and the security wall. Edge got Christian up on top of the ladder and they exchanged blows. Edge finally got him and Christian fell and racked himself on the rungs of the ladder. Christian the used the ladder and seesawed it into the face of Edge.

Christian then set up the ladder in the middle of the ring and started going up for the IC title. Edge came in and Christian leaped off the ladder and clothelined Edge. He then picked up the ladder and used it as a battering ram on Edge in the corner. Christian then rolled to the outside and looked under the ring for a chair.

Edge hit a snap mare like maneuver and snapped the ladder in the face of Christian. Edge then got up and slammed Christian down again across a ladder draped up against the ropes. Edge then got the adder and set it up in the corner lying horizontally. Christian then whipped Edge right into the ladder he had set up.

Christian had Edge under the ladder in the corner and he catapulted Edge’s face right into it. Both men were down and Christian finally got up and crawled away. Christian got another ladder and propped it up in the ring. He started to climb up for the ladder again.

Edge got his ladder up next to Christian’s and Edge slammed Christian off the ladder by his hair and both men nailed the mat. Edge then got up and started to climb the ladder very slowly. The crowd went wild for Edge and he reached up for the title. Christian nailed him in the kidneys and nailed him with inverted DDT from the top of the ladders.

They got up slowly and Christian started to grab the ladder and then fell over. Christian rolled to the outside and looked under the ring yet again. He pulled out two steel chairs and tossed then into the ring. Christian tried to set up Edge, and he kicked the chair and nailed his brother in the face.

Christian then rolled out and brought in another ladder. Edge then set up two chairs and laid a ladder across the chairs horizontally. He laid Christian on his back on top of the ladder. Edge then went up to the top rope and hit a splash on Christian across the ladder. Both men were down yet again.

Edge started to climb the ladder and Christian pushed him off with another ladder. Edge hit the mat hard and Christian started to set up the third ladder in the middle of the ring. He started to go up and Edge was on the top rope. Edge leaped and nailed his brother with a spear off the ladder and they were both down.

Edge and Christian then both made their way up opposite sides of the ladder. They got to the top and fought until the ladder completely fell over and they fell to the outside of the ring. They both hit the outside mat very hard and were down. Christian got up first and got back in the ring.

Christian once again climbed the ladder and Edge finally got in the ring with a steel chair. He hit a low blow on Christian and he fell off the ladder. They both then got back up and Edge laid Christian across two ladders and then smashed his head with a chair. He reached over an grabbed the IC title to get the victory.
Winner: Edge

Match #6: WWF Tag Team Title Match

The Dudley Boyz vs. Tajiri & The Big Show

The Dudleyz came down and D-Von got the upperhand on Tajiri. D-Von wasted time and Tajiri got up and nailed him with a moonsault and went for the cover. Big Show was tagged in as well as Buh Buh. Show took it to Buh Buh and D-Von and threw them to the outside. Tajiri then ran back and leaped over the ropes and nailed both the Boyz on the outside.

D-Von hit the sidewalk slam on Tajiri and went for the pin. Then Buh Buh came in and took cheap shots on Tajiri and stomped away at him from behind. They got him in the corner and Buh Buh finally got back out of the ring. D-Von threw blows at Tajiri and then tagged in Buh Buh and they hit him with a double back drop.

D-Von picked up Tajiri and got him in a headlock. Tajiri broke free and took down D-Von and then inched his way over to tag in Big Show. Buh Buh was tagged in first and the ref missed Tajiri’s tag. The Dudleyz hit the whassup flying headbutt and then Buh Buh went for a powerbomb on Tajiri, but he countered it into a swinging DDT.

Tajiri kicked away at D-Von and then got whipped into the corner. D-Von ran at him and he leaped up, pushing off the ropes and got D-Von in the Tarantula. He let him free and went for the mist on Buh Buh and hit the ref. Show came in and chokeslammed Buh Buh, but the referee was out. Rhyno then came in and Gored Big Show.

Tajiri hit an inzuguri on D-Von and went for the cover. The ref made his way over and started the count, but D-Von somehow kicked out. Buh Buh then went for the clothesline on Tajiri and he ducked, but D-Von ran over and they hit the 3D on him and got the pin for the victory.
Winner(s): The Dudley Boyz

Shane McMahon was in the back with Test and Booker T. getting him pumped up for his match against Undertaker.

Match #7: Undertaker vs. Booker T.

Booker T. went right after Undertaker on the outside. He bashed away at Taker around the ring and finally Taker began to fight back. Taker tried to whip Booker into the security wall, but Booker countered and slammed him back-first into the wall. Taker got up and nailed Booker in the gut and then rolled him back into the ring.

Booker got up and kicked Taker in the mid-section and then nailed him with a spin kick. He got Taker in the corner and pounded away at him. He then proceeded to kick Taker in the chest and then took shots at his gut with shoulder blocks. Taker finally fought out and worked on the arm of Booker.

Taker picked Booker up by the arm and dropped him to the mat. He then got him in a type of arm-scissors lock and then got a 2-count for the pin. They fought to the outside and Booker slammed Taker into the steel ring steps. He picked him up and kicked him in the gut and then pounded him down to the ground and made his way over for the ring bell.

Taker nailed Booker and got him over the security wall into the front row of the crowd. They fought their way back to the ringside area and Booker finally got Taker back into the ring. Booker got up top and nailed Taker with a missile dropkick. Taker got right up and threw blows at Taker and then Booker nailed him with a spinning heel kick.

Booker dropped the knee on the face of Taker and then signaled for the spinneroony. Taker went off the ropes and picked up Booker for the Tombstone, but he got free and took down Taker and went for the pin. Booker went up top again and jumped right into a boot in the face from Taker. They exchanged blows in the middle of the ring and Taker finally got him down and went for the pin.

Booker whipped Taker off the ropes and went for a backdrop, but Taker dropped him with a DDT and went for the cover. Booker kicked out and Taker got him in the corner and whaled away at him. Taker got back and ran toward Booker in the corner, and Booker countered and hit another spinning heel kick.

Booker T. then executed the Spinneroony and then nailed Taker with a scissors kick and went for the pin. Taker got his leg on the bottom rope and Booker got right up and whipped him off the ropes. He ducked the clothesline and went for the chokeslam, but Booker T. got a low blow without the ref seeing. Booker T. then got Taker right back into the corner again and whaled away at him. Taker pulled Booker up and hit the Last Ride out of nowhere and pinned him to get the win.
Winner: Undertaker

Match #8: WCW Heavyweight Title Match

The Rock vs. Chris Jericho

The Rock and Jericho locked right up and Rock muscled Y2J to the mat. He got him in a headlock in the middle of the ring. Jericho broke loose and got Rock in an arm bar. Rock broke free and then Jericho slapped him in the face and then got him in an arm lock again. Jericho pummeled away at Rock against the ropes and then nailed him with knife-edge chops.

Rock finally exploded and nailed Jericho with a clothesline. He threw blows at Jericho and then went for the Rock Bottom and missed completely. Jericho then threw Rock to the outside and then dropped him across the security wall. They got back into the ring and Jericho dropped Rock again and went for the pin and got a 2-count.

Jericho picked up Rock and slammed him in the face, Rock then whipped him into the ropes and Jericho fired back with a flying forearm and took Rock down. He picked him up and slapped him in the face and then backed him into the corner and then nailed him hard with knife-edge chops. Rock then snapped and turned it around and threw his own knife-edge chops at Jericho. Jericho then nailed Rock with a spinning heel kick, followed by a backbreaker in the middle of the ring.

Jericho went for the pin and got a 2-count, but Rock rolled him over and also got a 2-count. Jericho picked up Rock and punched him in the face. He picked him up again and hit another knife-edge chop and then Rock hit the ropes and nailed Jericho with a flying forearm. Jericho then grabbed Rock and slammed him down across the top rope.

Jericho hit a legdrop and then went up to the top rope. Rock grabbed the top rope and Jericho fell onto the top turnbuckle. Rock hit Jericho with knife-edge chops while he was on the turnbuckle. Rock then went up and nailed Jericho with a superplex. Both men were down after the move.

Rock threw Jericho off the ropes and hit a huge belly-to-belly suplex. Jericho got right up and hit a short arm clothesline on the Rock. Rock got right up and tossed Jericho over the top rope to the outside. Rock then went outside and slammed Jericho into and onto the announcer’s table. They got back into the ring and Rock continued to deliver a beating on Jericho.

Jericho then hit the ropes and went at Rock for a clothesline, but Rock exploded and hit the move on him. Rock hit a vertical suplex on Jericho and went for the pin. Rock then hit another suplex and went for the cover again on Jericho, but only got a 2-count.

Rock then picked Jericho up to his knees and got him in a reverse headlock. Rock held the hold for quite some time and Jericho finally got back up to his feet. He threw Rock into the ropes and went for a dropkick, but completely missed and Rock nailed him with a clothesline. Rock picked him up and slammed him into the corner and propped him up on the top rope.

Jericho nailed Rock with a missile dropkick and both men were down and out for the count. Rock started to get up and then fell back down. Jericho got up and they exchanged blows in the middle of the ring. Jericho hit an inverted elbow to the face and then a huricanrana and a 2-count.

Rock was down and Jericho stomped away at his face. Rock then whipped Jericho into the corner and punched him in the face. Jericho fired right out and nailed Rock with the Rock Bottom. He then hit the Lionsault off the middle rope and went for the pin. He only got a 2-count.

Jericho hit a bulldog on Rock and then set up for the People’s Elbow mock. He missed the move and Rock got right up and hit Jericho with a leg wrench takedown. He got Jericho in the Sharpshooter. Jericho would not tap out and he made his way over and somehow got the bottom rope and the hold was released.

Jericho got out of the ring and Rock followed. Rock pulled the top off of the Spanish announce table. Jericho tried to get back into the ring and Rock pulled him back to the outside. Rock got up top of the table and pulled Jericho up with him. He nailed Jericho with the Rock Bottom through the table and it all came crashing down!

Rock got back into the ring to break the count and then rolled back out and pulled Chris Jericho back by the hair. He rolled him back into the ring and then saw Jericho’s elbow pad from his People’s Elbow mockery and it appeared to piss him off. Rock went for his finisher and Jericho nailed him with an elbow. They fought hard and Rock finally hit a spinebuster.

Rock set up for the People’s Elbow and went for the move. Jericho countered and got Rock in the middle of the ring locked in the Walls of Jericho. He didn’t lock the hold very well and Rock nearly got the bottom rope. Jericho saw this and pulled Rock to the middle. Stephanie McMahon then came down and threw a chair into the ring. Jericho ran at her and Rock hit him with the DDT.

Stephanie was cheering for the Rock and he dragged her into the ring and hit her with the Rock Bottom. Jericho came up from behind and hit Rock with a forward Full Nelson slam into the steel chair and then pinned him to win the WCW World Championship!
Winner: Chris Jericho

Match #9: WWF Championship Title Match

Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Rob Van Dam vs. Kurt Angle

Angle started the match right off with a back suplex on Austin, who was still in his vest and had the title in his hand. Angle was taken out and RVD and Austin stood face-to-face in the middle of the ring. Angle then ran in from behind and attack RVD, which let Austin put the attack on him as well.

Austin the turned and went after Angle and stomped away at him and then ran over and did the same to RVD. Angle then ran over and attacked Austin from behind. Austin went for a kick to the mid-section and Angle got him in the Ankle lock, but he got free.

Van Dam suplexed Austin and then hit the springboard back kick on Austin from the middle rope. He punched away at him in the corner and then looked over and Angle and nailed him with the Rolling Thunder. He went for the pin on Angle and he kicked out and then Austin tossed Angle out of the ring.

Austin suplexed Van Dam near the ropes and went for the pin, but he kicked out. Austin then went to work on the knee of RVD. He kicked away at the knee and then got him in a ½ Boston Crab. Angle then ran back into the ring and broke the hold and went on to assault Austin, who was down on the mat.

Austin got up and went right back to RVD and got him in a chokehold. Angle then ran over and pulled Austin away and to the outside of the ring. Austin knocked Angle down and catapulted him into the ringpost. RVD then came toward the side and Austin tripped him down and then racked him into the ringpost.

Angle pulled Austin away and tossed him into the crowd. He pummeled away at him and then tossed him right back to the ringside area. He slammed Austin’s head into the table and then from out of nowhere, RVD leaped from the ring and nailed both men down. RVD got up and threw Angle into the ring and then hit a leg drop on Austin from off the table.

Angle took down RVD and then went to the top and nailed him with the Moonsault, but he hurt himself in the process. Austin then snuck in and went for the cover on RVD. Angel made the save and got Austin in the sleeper hold. Angle then let the hold go and nailed him with a clothesline. They were both down and RVD went for the Frog Splash and missed both men.

Austin then pulled up Angle and nailed him with the Stunner. He went for the cover and RVD made the save by kicking Austin in the back of the head. Angle then grabbed RVD and hit the Angle Slam. He only got a 2-count thanks to Austin.

Angle was then tossed through the ropes, onto the outside and Austin went out and nailed him with a hard knife-edge chop. They then exchanged blows and then Austin slammed Angle’s head into the spanish announce table. Austin reached over and pulled a monitor from the table and then pulled Angle up to the top of the table.

Austin went for a powerbomb, but Angle broke out and back dropped Austin onto the table, but it did not break. Van Dam came out and was taken out by Angle and at the same time, Vince McMahon started to make his way down to the ring.

Angle picked up RVD and got him back in the ring. He tied him up in the ropes and pummeled away at him. He then whipped RVD and he countered and hit the reverse heel kick on Angle and took him down. RVD went up top for the Frog Splash and Angle Belly-to-Belly superplexed him off. They were both down and Austin got back in the ring.

Austin hit the Stunner on Angle and he bounced out to the outside of the ring. Austin got up and looked at RVD and waited for him to get up. Mr. McMahon then ran into the ring with a steel chair and slammed Austin in the back with it. RVD hit the Five-Star Frog Splash on Austin and then made the cover, but Angle made the save.

Angle German suplexed RVD numerous times and then nailed him with the Angle Slam. Shane McMahon then ran down and attacked Kurt Angle and tossed him out of the ring and then slammed him into the ringpost. Vince then attacked Shane and slammed him through the announce table.

Austin hit the stunner on Rob Van Dam in the middle of the ring and the referee made the 3-count. Steve Austin retained his WWF Championship. Vince got up and looked very pissed as Austin walked out with the WWF title.
Winner: Stone Cold Steve Austin
