Jack is just getting too crazy. He's practically a cartoon character who makes almost no sense.

Will & Grace 3/25

I actually enjoyed the show tonight. Very funny moments for me when Jack and Karen were talking about tv shows that ended or are ending this year.

Highlight of the show was Bebe
Spoiler:
talking about her role as Lilith and saying "I wanna play that bitch forever." Then talking about how easy of a role it is.

big whoppa 03-25-04 09:16 PM

The Jack and Karen bit was OK. No connection for me since I don't care for any of those shows.

I preferred Will's taking dating advice from Grace.

Patman 03-25-04 09:45 PM

3/35? :D

Seantn 03-25-04 11:00 PM

Oh, so we got a wise ass on our hands, huh? -wink-

Kal-El 03-26-04 12:38 AM

That was funny. Taking a jab at NBC's shows and other networks' too. "Fat husband pretty wife" indeed!

Draven 03-26-04 01:12 AM

I enjoyed the episode, but I think it's laughable how hard they are working to hide Grace's pregnancy. Her "black hole" of a top as she was walking around the apartment and the newspaper awkwardly held in front of her chest while she was on the phone.

Too funny.

Sorry.. I hate laptop keyboards, the keys are so close together.

Can someone change the title to read 3/25

Thanks.

This was a funny episode. Hiding the pregnancy thing was just awful this week though... I mean come on!

BTW did anyone realize that this episode was called "No Sex 'N' The City" and the actor playing Vince (Bobby Cannavale) was the "Funky Tasting Spunk" guy from Sex and the City "Easy Come, Easy Go"? :D

I think it is time for Will to have a boyfriend for more than 3 episodes - at least that'll keep us away from pregnant Grace until the end of the season!!!!

Vegas9203 03-26-04 08:30 AM

"Will, when I give you love advice, I'm pretty much just talking out of my ass."
Grace does get some golden ones in there!

Will & Grace Season Finale - 4/29

Did anyone watch this? I thought it was a little bit much on the filler (not to mention that it was mostly the "Will" show since Debra Messing was not in it).

Did anyone catch Megan Mullally (Karen) call Leo "Harry" during the wedding photos? I couldn't believe it so I rewound it twice.

Overall predictable. No cliff-hangers per se but they have successfully restored all the characters to "status quo" so the show can proceed as normal.

j123vt_99 05-03-04 09:00 AM

when it was first started, it was a good sitcom with a "gay influenece" that the whole family could watch.. now it seems they have lost that and are just using overt sex as a gag.. "the bj kid", jack having his nipples rubbed.. they have lost the funny

Patman 05-03-04 01:28 PM

I was saddened at how this show now looks tired and on life-support.

marty888 05-03-04 03:10 PM

I still enjoy the show a lot, but for a season finale, it left a lot to be desired. There really wasn't much they could do about the abcence of Grace, but it also seemed strange for there to be a wedding with John Cleese and a lame excuse as to why Ms Driver wasn't there. And having Leo suddenly show up was a bit bizarre. The whole thing had a real patchwork feeling to it.

same thing with giving John Cleese a brother (tim Curry)

I've got to be honest this show was great but it lost steam once Grace got married. Hopefully they will return to their old hijinks next year.

BDB 05-03-04 05:28 PM

I bailed on it this season, I believe that ship has sailed.

Will & Grace - 9/16/04

Was anyone else disappointed in this season premiere? I thought it was a fairly humorless episode that seemed to plunge the cast into apathy, which may be why the performances were sub-standard for these talented people. The J-Lo stuff was pretty stupid, even in the world of sit-coms. And congrats for coming up with the most fake looking "subway" I've ever seen.

I've been a big fan of this show since day one, but if this is any indication of the coming weeks...

RobCA 09-17-04 08:53 AM

I enjoyed it, but I'd hoped it would be better. Hopefully, now that Leo is gone ( ) the show will be more like it used to be. I thought J-Lo was great; I loved the way she poked fun at herself. I have a feeling we'll see more of that next week when Janet Jackson guest stars. :D

BTW, what is up with Eric McCormack's face? Too much Botox? Not enough? ;)

Rob

rfduncan 09-17-04 09:21 AM

RobCA - There was something going on with all the new hairstyles that made everyone look wierd. But I was up for ANYTHING to distract from Messing's post-pregnancy weight gain! Yikes.

Where was Rosario? Is Morrison still in jail for shoplifting?

movieking 09-17-04 09:36 AM

This is the first episode that I have watched in a couple of seasons, and I thought that it was okay. The thing that I found really annoying is when the audiences laughter turns to applause for some stupid mundane joke. It seems to happen a lot with this show.

And what's up with the four leads going on all of the talk shows together? Are they still trying to make us believe that they all are best friends in real life? Are they trying to pull a "Friends" on us?

Patman 09-17-04 10:48 AM

I did like Karen's bigger hair.

I hated any scene with JLo in it. Her 15 minutes have been up for so long, please, make it end.

Breaking up is hard to do, so the final 10 minutes was total downersville, but it had to be done to pave the way for the rest of the season.

This show is showing its age, though, I loved the first 2 seasons, but it's just gotten stale, but will give this season 5 episodes to keep me viewing.
