Watch the Telltale Head episode when they're all looking at clouds. When they are making fun of Bart at the end, they say that Jebediah is his boyfriend. If you watch the two bullies other than Jimbo, you'll notice that one of them is petting the other one's hair. What's up with that?

I noticed that too. They are just participating in making fun of Bart. Kind of funny; I've never seen it before.
