I never really noticed much of a difference in the 2.. though me and my friends watch both every week. (:

Neither one is much different. 30 minutes of wrestling surrounded by an hour and 30 minutes of Rock and Stone Cold promos and skits.

I remember WWF Mania, it was on every Saturday morning with Todd Pettengill and "Oooohh, yeah!" Macho Man Randy Savage. It was basically a recap show, and had some matches.
