It was a great episode - in a way.
But haven't we seen this type of story from David Kelley for almost a decade of Picket Fences and The Practice episodes?

Spoiler:
BTW, does Elanor still live with Helen? Just curious is she is helping to play Mom.
I thought some tension between Helen and Elanor would be expected on this last case.
Interesting how there has been no talk of what the babies are doing or where they are?

who was the DA or whatever that introduced him to Helen....
he looked familiar to me...was he the father on that show from about 12 years ago or so...."Life Goes On"....?
sort of looked like him.
Dylan Baker was really good. I wonder if we will see him again or if this is a done story line.

This is a gross generalization, but if one attorney in a firm represents someone, then essentially the whole firm does. Thus if there is a conflict of interest with another client of a different attorney in the same firm, one or both clients might need to be dropped, and both should be informed of the conflict.
Here, Eleanor and the whole firm are working on this case, thus what one knows, they all can know about the case. And even if they all weren't actually working on the case, they could probably be told, due to the rule about imputing knowledge to the rest of the firm. Without going into too much detail, in some instances an attorney in a large firm can be "screened off" from a particular case when there is a conflict of interest of some sort, but it is not that common. The general rule is that the entire firm represents you (even when there are offices in different states). In this case Eleanor can and probably will tell the rest of her firm, and she is breaking no ethical rule by doing so as far as I can tell.
