The one & only WWF Unforgiven ppv thread. Post predictions and thoughts

With the ppv about 5 hours away, I figured let's get started now to wet our appitites.

Here are my thoughts:

Fatal Fourway for the WWF Tag Team Championship:
Dudleys vs. Hardys vs. Storm & Hurricane vs. Spike & Show.

Gonna go with the Dudleys on this one. Storm & Hurricane and Spike & Show are a filler team. Nothing moew. They are not a real threat. Plus seeing how the Dudleys just got the belts, I think they will hold on to them.

U.S. Championship:
Tajiri vs. Rhyno

This one is close to call. It's hard to see Rhyno losing a clean match, but Tajiri is way over. I will go with Tajiri, with interferience by Tori Wilson.

WCW Tag Team Championship:
Undertaker & Kane vs. KroniK

Gonna go with Kronik. I can't see Taker and Kane in the tag team division much longer.

Hardcore Championship:
Rob Van Dam vs. Chris Jericho

I think RVD will go over. Can't see Jericho with any sustained hardcore title reign. Plan on Steph sticking her boobs, er I mean nose, in this one.

ntercontinental Championship:
Edge vs. Christian

Edge all the way. Unless Vinny Mac wants to shock us, and have a run in from someone from the allience, causing Christian to join up with them.

Handicap Match for the WCW Championship:
Shane McMahon & Booker T vs. The Rock

Betting the farm on the Rock

World Wrestling Federation Championship:
Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Kurt Angle

I look for another ending like Summerslam. Angle gets the win, but Austin keeps the belt. I think they want to draw thisout a little more.

And on a side note:

WHERE ARE THE WOMEN IN THIS ONE??????

Overall not a bad card, let's hope they keep Kronik V Taker/Kane short!

3 matches featuring ECW alumni, RVD v Jericho should be good if both guys are on their game. Taijiri V Rhyno should be stiff and Raven V saturn i think will be a sleeper hit, both guys have not had much chance and will be itching to show their stuff.

Angle V Austin has good psychology. I don't like the Rock's handicap match, hopefully Shane will do some cool spots

I'm not that fussed with the women for this one, this should with the exception of taker/kane be a good PPV wrestling wise

I think Shane might pin the Rock, but who knows. The Rock is kind of like Hogan now. No matter what they hit him with he just pops back up.

Angle will definitely beat Austin. He is huge right now and they are having it in his home town for a reason.

I cant believe Undertaker and Kane beat Kronik, thats bullsh*t! The best match so far was ofcourse RVD vs. Y2J, that was great. The match of Edge and Christian was also a great one, so far so good.

One of the worst PPVs I have seen. The WWF is almost as boring and predictable as the WCW now. RVD and Jericho was by far the highlight of the night and there was a few good moments on the undercard. Why on earth Taker and Kane won I will never understand. I thought the whole point was to get the belts off of them so the tag team division could be worth watching again. The Rock match just plain sucked. I'm sick of him being some kind of Superman. He will probably take on Kane and the Undertaker next and still win. The Angle match wasn't exciting because the outcome was way too obvious.

everyone expected kurt to win.. the main question.. What now? pretty much all the belts are back with the WWF. so does this signal for the end of the alliance coming soon?

I think they're trying to stay away from Austin vs. Rock for as long as possible, so I think they'll be taking the belt off Rock or Angle shortly. They might take this opportunity to show cracks in the Alliance - some want to overthrow Austin after his loss, some don't, etc.

This is the kind of PPV that will make me stop watching wrestling altogether b/c it was so unbelievably boring. I had not watched wrestling for a few years b/c it was just the same old crap & then all the ECW/WCW guys coming over got me back into it. But almost every match in this PPV was just literally just big guys punching & kicking each other, no other moves. I HAAAAAAATE The Undertaker, Kane, the Rock, STone Cold(just in the ring I hate him). How can anyone like these guys when they are so boring in the ring.

And Vince has amazing wreslters like RVD & he doesn't even let him do have the stuff he can do. His match sucked & to anyone you said it was good you watch some of hiw ECW matched & then see if you feel the same way.

I have one question. did RVD really kick Jericho in the head, twice. It sure looked that way & Jerico was busted open like a boxer, not with a blade. He also yelled something at RVD on the ground, that looked like you @sshole & after the second kick he really looked pissed & was doing all his moves twice as hard.
