****The Survivor III Thread****

According to my copy of the Sept 8-14 TV Guide page 45, Survivor Africa begins on Thursday October 11th!

That date has not been posted on CBS's Survivor website, so the date is tentative at best.

Hopefully there are only 6 weeks to go until Survivor III.

The Survivor Sucks website has moved here.

P.S. If you hate Survivor, please start a Survivor III sucks thread and post in there. Thanks.

Seems to me right after the Superbowl would be best day to show the first episode, just like this year. The show take a long time to produce, do they plan on showing it twice a year now?

What would really make me happy was if they showed it in HDTV. Probably too much to ask for, especially hauling around those unwieldly HDTV cameras around the Serengeti.

Actually www.surviiivor.com is not the ex survivorsucks site, but a new Ellipsiiis Brain Trust site. The survivorsucks boards are still alive and well at http://pub53.ezboard.com/bsurvivorsucks

The original Ellipsiiis site is: http://www.ellipsiiis.com/

Now... let the games (and spoiling) begin

I admit I'm a Survivor junkie. Still the best "reality" show so far. Can't wait!

I also think that race one (Amazing Race?) looks promising.

Oct 11th is also the published start date for Survivor 3 in the "Fall Preview" guide of Entertainment Weekly.

Once all the networks drop all the sitcoms, dramas, and news programs to put on shows like, "Get Bit In the Ass by a Shark and Survive IV", and people get sick of them and stop watching. Until then, there's surely more to come. I enjoy Survivor, don't care about the rest.

I went to school (college) with Jesse. Not that we were close or even knew each other, I just had 2 classes with her. Every once in a while it is a small world {cue little animatronic dancing people}.

Actually, there's 2 guys who listed "bartender" as their occupations.

I'm not too keen on most of this group...so far. Sure, Jesse Kelly, and Kim P. are the nice looking of the bunch. Hope there's some interesting personalities in this group.

So who's the 1st to get the boot? Any one want to take a guess?

I'll go out on a limb and say: Linda or Kim J.

I thought that it was kind of appropriate for the dentist to bering a toothbrush and toothpaste.
