I was flipping through the channel guide on my DirecTV system today and noticed that TNN is now running old MAD TV episodes from 7 to 8 PM. Is this something new or have they had this for a while already but i haven't noticed. I also saw that they had 1 hour of "Real TV" on before MAD TV.

I'm a bit surprised, since I would have thought FX would show MAD re-runs, and not TNN.

I found the listings of MadTV on TNN also about a week ago. I don't know how long it's been on that network.

That's odd. I saw a whole bunch of promos on FOX saying that MAD is coming on 11 PM on weeknights starting in mid-September. I'll look for it on TNN later tonight.

You're probably referring to the first-runs on fox coming on a different hour. TNN as Tekky mentioned is probably showing reruns.

TNN changed their lineup this week adding MAD-TV at 7 p.m. and 11 p.m. ET/PT.
They also started showing reruns of:
WKRP In Cincinnati 9 a.m. ET/PT
Hangin' With Mr. Cooper 4 p.m. ET/PT
REAL-TV 6 p.m. and midnight ET/PT

Funny how the TV Guide Channel describes MadTV on TNN: "A consistently funny sketch-comedy series".
As opposed to the other, well-known inconsistent one.

Huh. I remember seeing Hanging with Mr. Cooper on Nick a couple of months ago. I just it didn't appeal to pre-teens, so they are going to try the TNN crowd.
