I definitely give my nod to G'Kar. He's always the one that seems to be in touch with more than his personal sphere of influence, plus he's funny, and has found a way to forgive some rather awful things.
Londo and Garibaldi certainly get honorable mentions. Who could ever not like Michael or his "second most favorite thing in the universe."

Wow, word for word what valkyrie said! Overall, I think many of the characters were great.
On a negative note, the weakest link in the B5 universe is Susan Ivanova. She was by far my least liked aspect of B5.

I too voted for G'Kar, again taking the poll literally. He is my "favorite" character on the show. To be fair, though, I think Londo is the "best" character JMS created. There are so many levels of depth that are rarely scene in American tv shows.

Kosh, but he wasn't on your list. Runner up is G'Kar. Why...he showed the most growth throughout the series. Every show his character became more aware and less self centered.

I have too many favorites to narrow it down to one character.
Londo and G'Kar were great together whether they were at each others throats or they were best friends. If I had to chose it would be either one of these two since they were better as a team rather than alone.
Garibaldi had some great moments during the series as did Ivanova. I love sarcasm and these 2 certainly had that down to a science.
There are so many more I can name that were just great as supporting characters. Zathras, Kosh, Morden and Vir just to name a few.
It was such a pleasure to watch these characters grow over the five years of the series. It's just a shame that it's over now.

Sorry, Lads, I loved Ivanova. She was my favorite. I could identify a lot with her. Lochley too. Also liked her.
Garibaldi because we're both Italian, and could relate to a lot in him.
G'kar and Londo have the most depth and facets.

The 1st true Captain Jeffrey David Sinclair gets my #1 pick.
Also I enjoyed Neroon & Lord Refa as repeating guests.
There are so many good guests. There should be a poll
on them alone.

Delenn and Sheridan may have been central and the love interest, but deep down, what made Babylon 5 interesting were the other characters in the universe.
I'll bet Kirk wouldn't be "favorite character" in Star Trek either.

No, but I bet Picard might give a good run. He was the one person on that show with some real talent, and there were a few episodes like the Romulan torture or his recovery after the Borg assimilation that really allowed him to prove it.
