Although I don't remember the source and don't know how accurate it will end up being, I have written down November 13 (supposed same day as X-files season 4).

Thanks for the reply, the 13th of November is what I Have heard too but none of these sites like dvdempire or amazon or 800 have a preorder list for it yet. Thanks.
