Will you buy the Invasion PPV?

Curious how many of you WWF fans are actually going to buy the PPV for Sunday? When you consider that the WWF has spent a lot of time on the PPV and not enough time on the ,atches themselves. Can you name 3 matches for Sunday w/out looking them up? I have seen several wrestling sites that do not have complete or consistent matches. When I went to the WWF site earlier today, it only boasted of 2 matches.
I haven't found the site for the actual PPV yet. I have tried Invasion.com, WWFinvasion.com and WCWinvasion.com.

So how many of you are fired up about this PPV?

They kind of ruined the premise of the ppv by having interpromotional matches on tv in the last couple of weeks. I won't be ordering it. Here is the match listing from www.wwfwcwinvasion.com:

Inaugural Brawl
Team WWF (Austin, Angle, Kane, Taker, Y2J)
vs.
Team WCW/ECW (Booker, DDP, Dudleys, Rhyno)

Bra and Panties Match
Trish Stratus & Lita vs. Stacy Keibler & Torrie Wilson

APA vs. Palumbo & O'Haire

Edge & Christian vs. Mike Awesome & Lance Storm

X-Pac vs. Kidman

Tazz vs. Tajiri

Earl Hebner vs. Nick Patrick

I'm still thinking about it. They have ruined the whole premise, but it still might be enjoyable. I don't understand what the "threat" is that Vinnie Mac keeps talking about, but whatever. Worst case ... bra and panties.

I'll go down to the local bar that shows the PPV, but I wouldn't buy it on my own.

FYI, add Jeff Hardy v. Rob Van Dam to the card.

Only need 2 reasons to watch:

1. Ms. Hancock in a B & P match

2. Watching Kidman kick the crap out of X-Pac (I hope).

Actually, only really need reason #1....#2 is just an added bonus. Too bad Rock, HHH, and Benoit aren't around. Imagine Rock, HHH, Stone Cold, Benoit, and Undertaker on the same team, damn!

One wrestling site is saying that of late last week there were still 2000 tickets available for the Invasion ppv. It just doesn't seem worth the $30 for such a bad card.

By the way, have you heard that the WWF has lawsuits against many clubs in Canada for showing their PPV in their clubs w/out permission of the federation? I think here in the states these clubs pay a bit more to show the PPV. I know that 3 of my area'sHooters are going to show the PPV.

I'd like to add 3 more reasons:

3. B&P match
4. B&P match
5. B&P match

SmackDown did nothing to make me want to buy the PPV. Jeez, how many girls are left in the WWF for DDP to mess with? Sunday Heat will have to be an awesome show for me to want to get the PPV. Otherwise, I'll have $30 to spend on dvd's.

I am not paying $30, but I am watching it at my local Hooters
The way I see it, they need some dramatic event to fuel the return of The Rock. However, I also think that having the WWF come out on the losing side would be a real emotional downer for anyone watching. True, it is staged drama, but seeing their best talents fall to WECW would be a dark turn for the storylines.

Out of curiousity, are there still any plans to have WECW as its own league/show? Last I heard they canned the idea, but I hate to see so many talents be shown the road without the opportunity. Guess that's showbiz. I predict the WWF keeps DDP, Booker T, all of their ECW talent, and of course Stacy and Torrie (all females of a conqured race are spared, but only for pleasure purposes).

Yeah, but imagine how the crowd will pop for Angle and The Rock as they try to reclaim the gold from Austin.

Well, nix the idea of going to Hooters as my local one refuses to carry it. Damn them! Oh well, my dad will be getting it and will tape it all for me. Of course the only match I really care to have is the Bra and Panties one

I'm still undecided, but if I see something on Heat I may buy into it. There are wild rumors on various sites that since the writers are scripting the shows only hours in advance, that they may have either Austin or Angle turn on their WWF mates and join WECW. Austin is the top runner because in the listing for Raw on DirectTV, the second hour has something about Austin in it.

The threat is that this idea wont make as much money as he thinks.
