I'm looking for one peticular 3 stooges episode.. it's been ages since I've seen it, so I don't remember it exactly.. I just remember it being in some kind of haunted house, with a black guy as a cook that at one point yells "This house has sure gone crazy!" .. well tat might be kinda vague, but that's the best I can do.. anyone happen to know what the name of this episode is, and/or if it happens to be on any DVD collections or anything?

It's from "A Plumbing We Will Go" . It's not a haunted house, it was that the stooges were attaching the water pipes to EVERYTHING. So when water starts coming out of the stove and lightbulbs, and the sink turns upside down, Dudley Dickerson says that line.
It's available on the "Curly Classics" dvd, and appears on AMC from time to time (although I don't see it on the schedule for JUly).
