well I guess some idiot had to make it part of the poll first
It looks as thought the genreal concensus is
VOYAGER
I liked Voyager becasue it filled the star trek obsession for the time when there were no movies but I realize it coulda been much better
I hope the new series does not rest on the fact that is a Star Trek series and actually tries to make it a good show!

If they say that "Enterprise" is a show set in the Star Trek universe and NOT Star Trek - it should be good. Hopefully it will have the balls to really try to make a go of it without resorting to "what they THINK the fans want" (a la Voyager).

I also voted for DS9...I loved the conflicts of all the races and it kept us up-to-date on the status of the Federation and Earth. The other series left us pretty well in the dark as to the current state of the Federation.
