I have been watching the show since last week, I think he's alittle nut but tough.
[EDIT: Oh, damn, I should have type in "Irwin" not "Austin".

He's tough most of the time I think.
But then when he reallt pi$$e$ off the animals but isn't ready to release them....then he's a total whack job.
"Yeah man....we see the stupid snake. He looks jacked and he's jumped at ya about a dozen times. If I want a better view....I record ya and pause it man. Now let it GO!"
He's not all there but I still enjoy most of the shows. ( except the snake ones ewwwww! )

I think he's smarter when it comes to these animals than most of us think. More than anything, he's a showman, and he knows how to stir up the hype. But ultimately, he knows exactly what he's doing. Still, my bets are that one day he's sure to lose a limb...

I think he's a little of both. But since he (pretty much) has yet to get injured, you can't really call him "nuts" since he obviously knows what he's doing. Also, I think if anything ever does happen, it will be with a snake, not a croc.
