Check your local listings...

While I never watched this show religiously, I always appreciated it for what it was.

If you're a past or present fan, you may be interested in how they wrap things up... Lesbian marriage, perhaps?

I will be watching. Unfortunately, I lost track of it a few years back with the syndication shuffle that goes on in my area, but it had evolved into some serious quality television. No one would believe me, just like people are reluctant to see Buffy for the genius that it is, but people are stupid. Anyway, I've tried to catch up this season and am looking forward to the finale. Last week's show was a tad silly, but it had some priceless moments.

"I didn't know we scheduled any guest appearances."
"We didn't. I tried to get Bruce Campbell, but he was too expensive."

It's over. No more Xena. I thought the finale was really well done. I liked the fact that the 2-episode ending was essentially an homage to "Chinese Ghost Story". It's nice they remembered where their roots are for the final shows.

*** SPOILER SPOILER ***
(Why you'd be dumb enough to read this thread if you haven't seen this episode is beyond me, but just in case)

Disregard what used to be written here.

I don't know who the f*ck is running WSB, our local ABC affiliate, but Monday morning, I'm headed to his office to beat the sh*t out of him. Watching the finale again on WGN, I see that they cut over 20 minutes of information. No wonder the damn thing didn't make any sense. The last 15 minutes of part one were cut ... Xena teaching her the pinch, setting up the big battle, everything. They also cut the whipping scene with Yodoshi and other assorted tidbits. Seeing the whole thing now, it's a much MUCH better episode. Still not as good as the whole betrayal arc, but a good finale.
