IIRC, the Gooch was seen. In one episode, he was played by Jeff Cohen (Chunk from Goonies)

He was the bully from Parker Lewis Can't Loose. A Fox sitcom that aired several years ago. Great show BTW. I forgot the actor that played Kubiak, but he has been on ER and had a small part in the movie Twister.
