I just saw a rerun about the planet of people who broke away from the borg after their link was severed and started their own collective. Like all episodes, they leave the ending open for them to show up again later. Do they ever show up? I dont rmember seeing them but who knows. I rmember when the borg were a simple race of aliens that just assimilated, now they've gotten just as complicated as all teh other races with hugh and the queen and all the other stuff from voyager.

No, they were never shown again. Also, the crew is probably 35,000 light years from them now.
