What's the best map software for iPad?

Since it has a gimped version of Google maps, I'm trying to find something else. So far I've been using Bing, which works great but I was curious if there's something else I'm missing.

Google Earth somewhat works but that little browser window you get when you select a location is lame.

I tried the web based one and it works kind of crappy in safari. I got the little location pins to popup but clicking on them doesn't give me info or tell me what they are.

Re: What's the best map software for iPad?

Do things like search for X near a city. Some map routes if I'm at home or a hotel. I have a TomTom but it's searching sucks, so I usually pull up google maps and enter an address. It sounds like Bing is my best bet, so far.

I have an android phone, so I do have google maps and Navigation, both of which work pretty much perfectly but it'd be nice to look at something that's on a bigger screen.
