It probably means that you need to be using IE and you need to allow ActiveX components to run. You set that in the security tab under tools -> internet options.

Personally, I don't allow them. And you usually don't need to. Too much damage can ensue if you do it at a non-trusted site.

To get to the settings, do Tools->Internet Options, then Security Tab, make sure Internet is highlighted, press Custom Level... and then you get to the ActiveX settings.

What do you want? To run them automatically? To have it ask you each time? To run ones that might be kind of safe? Don't run them at all?

In some sites i visit, for example a porn site there are pop ups and even you close the window they seem to pop up back,i sufp a lot during office hours and sometimes the links take me to a porn site and i try to close the windows but they keep on popping back more and more.So i want to disable it and ask me each time if i want it to pop up back or not.
And if can to run the ones that are safe.

Hmm, this is kind of complicated. Perhaps 4KRG could handle this. You might want to start a new thread with his name in the title to get his attention.
