Microsoft Outlook Web Access Question

Is it possible to forward emails to a distribution list using outlook web access? When I try searching my contacts it keeps telling me there are no entries to display.

Sure it's possible.

Select the email you would like to forward, click the forward icon, and then click the "To..." box.

Now it depends if the distribution list is one you created for your mailbox or if it's one created for the Global Address List.

If it's a Global then in the drop down make sure "Global Address List" is selected, type a few letters of the beginning of the dist list and then click on "Find".

If it is one you created yourself then in the drop down make sure "Contacts" (limited to contacts you created for your mailbox) is selected and do the same.

Hope this helps.
