Why Does My Computer Play "Holiday" At Random

My computer will play just a couple seconds of a clip from the Madonna Song Holiday at random intervals... it has done it 3X tonight. Started out the two laptops in the house were doing it, they quit now the desktop is doing it. This started back in Ocbtober, and it doesnt happen every day.

All are running Windows XP Home.

OK! After 3 months of pulling my hair out... I THINK I figured it out, after the 4th time I went and did some investigating.

I discovered that AOL was left on, and there is a setting in AOL instant messenger to "play others sound files" when they log on. and seeing as how I only have one person (and I don't even know them) on my AOL buddy list because I hate instant messengers. I am thinking it plays that "holiday" sample every time they log on to IM. I looked and that EXACT clip that I am hearing is one of the availible clips for AOL IM.

I downloaded fart sounds on my friend's AOL and I don't think I've laughed so hard for so many days in my life.

This is why I leave my sound off unless I am playing a video or mp3. One of the people on my buddy list has Aaliyah's One in a Million as their 'sound' I was hearing it over and over and over and...

Your computer should be taken away just for using AOL

That option is off for me by default. Doesn't seem that hard to just turn it off either

I know that AOL is the devil, but I have a couple reasons for using it.

1. My ISP sucks so bad, that I can only see half of the internet w/IE, Opera, or Firefox. I must use the AOL Browser to see sites including, Best Buy to the IMDB. ALSO if I type in www.google.com, it takes me to the Nicaragua version of google.

2. Also when/IF I travel, I need some way to get to the internet, my ISP is ONLY local and if I go somewhere, I have no other way to get online so I just keep the AOL so when I go somewhere, I can just use the dialup and be online.
