Firefox 1.5 & OS X Problem: Pull-down menus...

I've discovered a weird glitch on two separate OS 10.3 Macs running Firefox 1.5, and I was wondering if any other OS X users have the same problem: I can't get pull down menus on web sites to work.

Here's a case in point: the CPU interactive charts on tomshardware.com:

I try to click on the menus comparing two CPU's, but nothing happens. Safari does it fine, and pre-1.5 Firefox used to do it as well, but since the 1.5 upgrade, I can't get it to work. Am I missing some type of setting in the preferences to get these types of pull down menus to work?

Yeah, I get the same error with OS X 10.3 and Firefox 1.5. Note that most dropdowns work fine -- for example, those at the top and bottom of this page. I'm not sure why Firefox for Mac chokes on those at your link... Firefox 1.5 for Windows handles them just fine.

Did some research, and I guess it's a confirmed bug now:

Hopefully they'll get it fixed soon.

No, that's a different bug. You might submit a new one if it is an ongoing issue for you.
