Would this online credit card app be safe for me to do?

I want to apply for a Disney Credit Card and found this link off of the Disneystore.com website:

My steps were to to the Disneystore site and then clicked on the Search Disney link (http://search.disney.go.com/index.html) from all the way up top of the page.

Then on there go to the link for the Disney Visa Card (http://disney.go.com/visa/today/index.html?CELL=6Z5419)

And get to the next page that explains the card. Then clicking on the Apply Now, I get to the application...

https://app.firstusa.com/ICBatch/?SP...ID=&PROMO=DF01

I have also found this by going to http://www.bankone.com/disney and then to the link on the left hand Column (http://www.firstusa.com/cgi-bin/webc...nt&mkid=602961','null','width=780,height=500,scrollbars=yes,resizable=yes,toolbar=yes,location=no,menubar=no,statu s=no) to get to a very similar application but slightly different:
https://app.firstusa.com/ICBatch/?PI...ID=&PROMO=DF01

Am I safe in applying online with either of these? They seem like they are fromt he right places but before inputing my SSN and stuff, I'd prefer to be safe.

Thank in advance!

Like many other credit cards, a bank has partnered with a brand to present you this offer (with rewards, most likely). In this case, First USA is the bank that is going to back the credit card while Disney is the brand that's going to be emblazoned on it. FYI, First USA is also the bank behind Amazon's credit card as well. Therefore, I wouldn't be concerned about it. As long as you're filling in your information on a secure site—which this is—everything looks to be legitimate.

Well, ngp, if it makes you feel any safer, when I did the app through FirstUSA for the Amazon Visa, it took forever for the approval because they were pretty tough about verifying my identity (copies of utility bills, etc, needed to be mailed.)
