How do I easily create cuesheets for ranges copied using EAC?

As the subject suggests - I'm looking for information on how to create a cuesheet for a .wav created using EAC's Copy Range function. For example - if I have a CD (classical music let's say) that has 2 works consisting of multiple tracks each (work 1 has 4 tracks and work 2 has 3). Suppose I record each work in a separate wav file (Work1.wav and Work2.wav). I know how to create the cuesheet for Work1 by simply cutting out Work2's cues from the original file and saving it. That said, is there a way I can easily create a cuesheet for Work2, transforming the times from the original cue sheet to the new one. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for replies.
