motherboard part - speaker header?

I'm building my new PC today, one of the parts has me confused. The part is a four-pin connector with two one inch wires(red and black) that go to small cylinder (1/3" diameter). Is this a small internal speaker header? On top of the cylinder is a + symbol with a small hole.

Edit, its a four pin connector, I've ruled out it being a case open detector(2-pin). Doesn't seem like there is any other place for it...
