PDA advice for medical professional?

I wanted to get some opinions about different PDAs. I am a physician and have been using a Palm m505 for the past 2 years. I had a Palm V before that. The V worked great, I had no problems with it at all. I have had more issues with the m505 - namely some sync problems (which prompted a replacement unit from Palm a while back) and obviously the screen color and resolution are lacking. Anyway, Im getting ready to upgrade again and I was looking at the new Sony's or even perhaps making the jump to a Pocket PC. I mostly use my PDA for addresses, calendar and some medical software, specifically ePocrates.

Are there any other medical professionals out there that have a preference of Palm vs. Pocket PC? Any advice on the newer models?

Thanks!
