MP3 ripping problem

I have tried CDEX and Exact Audio Copy and keep having the same problem with the end of my songs getting cut off. What causes that and how do I fix it?? Thanks

I love EAC, but maybe the dbPowerAmp ripper is for you.

OK, so I tried dbpoweramp and it did the same thing as the other two programs ... then I tried playing the mp3 files in media player instead of winamp. When I play it back using Media Player, it does NOT cut off the ends. The entire mp3 file is there. Why would WinAmp be doing that?

Because winamp sucks. Don't know why everyone likes it so much...I never did. Whoever is coding v3 is nuts...try running anti-aliasing and see what happens to your CPU utilization and playback quality...it's shite.

I use windows media almost exclusively now to play mp3s and it works great. Ever since I picked up an iPod I have been playing with Music Match which has a nice music libray but terrible for ripping.
