NTSC compatible monitors?

I'm looking for an LCD monitor that can take a coaxial cable and double as a TV. If a monitor says it has NTSC in/out (like here: http://secure.newegg.com/app/specifi...tem=24-167-006 ), does that mean it has coaxial imputs? I should just go to a bestbuy and look... do any LCD monitors have that kinda input? Thanks
