Why is the restart light blinking???

Computer is working fine, but I was just wondering why that light was blinking. It does this ONLY when I bootup, load a video game, and connecting via dial up modem.

The restart light is right next to the restart button and near the power on button.

I was wondering what it means. For example, does it mean the processor is being used at a high rate OR does it mean the power supply (AOpen 250 Watts) is using a lot of power? Or many different things?

Thanks!

Uh you are probably talking about your harddrive led. It's blinking because your HD is being accessed.

Oh, that does makes sense.
So I guess it is not related at all to the prcessor and PSU usage?

I don't plan to get a new PSU for a while, since this is just a 533 mhz celeron w/ 448 mb ram.

However, the hd is a old but reliable maxtor 4 gb hd. That I may upgrade to a 40 gb soon. Thanks.
