Monitor and VDO card compatability question.

Can I use this monitor with this video card? My video card is the retail video version. If not, can you suggest a good video card for that monitor, or maybe a convertor of some sort so I can use my video card?

No...they will no work with each other...

The Monitor uses a 15 pin mini D-sub or DVI-I (flat panel display) connector
and the video card will not accept that type of connector it just uses a CRT Monitor: 15 pin VGA connector.

You need a video card that suppots a lcd screen connector, DVI-I (flat panel display) connector.
such as:

RADEON™ 8500

good luck to ya.

Uhm... 15 pin mini D-sub is the "VGA connector." In fact, near as I can tell from the product description, this LCD monitor only handles analog inputs. It doesn't appear to have a DVI input at all.

So, the answer would be yes.

OK, that's two differing responses. Which one is right?

And you guys are both right! The monitor works fine (as far as I can tell) and it kicks ass!
