I ordered the premium version for the upcoming season plus Minor League Baseball TV and since the day I ordered it(3-1-19) I haven't been able to access any game.

The transaction was pending and now it has been completed but according to my subscription status at MLB.TV it has me as having no subscription.

They have limited hours for phone calls so I will wait until they open.

UPDATE:I called my bank and I am disputing the charge.

Did you contact them before disputing charges? When are the games supposed to start?

I have talked too them a few times.

There are a hand full of exhibition games on a daily basis until the regular season starts in late March.

When I call them I don't think they keep notes on previous calls and their people don't seem too know how to take care of problems of current subscribers.

This isn't the first time that I have had a problem with MLB.TV. Year's ago they mentioned that there are no refunds and I called and complained because I wasn't happy with their service so I called my bank and got refund.

Okay, so they couldn't confirm if you are a subscriber? With all the trouble you have with them, I woudnt bother with them.

I figured the MLB.TV problem was blackout games.

I've never really had any problems subscribing to MLB.TV over the years, though I never have any interest in watching Spring Training on television.

Also for 25 dollars more you can get MinorLeagueBaseball TV(when ordering MLB.TV).

They are supposed to improve the streaming this year with 75 percent of the games being in HD. Last year there was only a handful of games towards the end of the season.
