Last night I logged in and only saw a little above 25% of my titles. I did a refresh and it shot to juat above 50%. I logged out of every thing. Cleared all browser cache (even mobile). Logged back in. Same staus. I unlinked and relinked all my service providers. Same thing. Still just above 50%.

So I sent in a support request. They asked for some information. I provided it. They suggested I refresh. I explained I'd already done that but would try again. Still same status. They submitted it for review.


Well I received this response today..


So if you discover the same issue right now, know you are not alone.

This is more common than one would like with UV.

Just checking, did you check your filters on VUDU? They 'remember' what you set them to even if you log out/close it.
I had mine set to History genre, and forgot. Came back this morning and I only had 99 showing out of over 700.
Don't forget to scroll to the right and check Rating & Studio too.

Everything shows up on VUDU and all the providers. They only don't show up on myUV site.

Going on a Month. My case with myUV is still open. I sometimes get messages that they are still working on the issue and to be patient. Sometimes I request status to ensure the ticket is still open. Basically, after this long, my impression is they don't know how to fix it or it is an absolute low priority for them.
