I don’t have Tombstone at all, though I watched it on Vudu Free last month, so I’m in at $7.99. I don’t think Val Kilmer was ever better.

For me there was Real Genius, Top Gun, and Spartan where I think he was better. But Tombstone he was good in as well. I picked this up since it’s MA. I pondered the Pirates movies (I like all of them), but those just seem like they’ll have 4K’s down the line.

You should contact DMI to get your points. The Pirates and National Treasure movies are on the eligible list (Tombstone and 60 Seconds are not eligible). Here's some info from their FAQ:
