^ Light Sleeper is a really good Paul Schrader movie starring Willem Dafoe and Susan Sarandon. I recently gave it a shout-out on a thread about under-rated movies. Worth picking up for sure at $3.99 for those interested.

One of the many mysteries about that movie. My favorite is that the movie's studio head at the time, Peter Gruber, sat on the 6 man, 6 woman jury in Winona Ryder's shoplifting case in 2002. That is still beyond comprehension to me.

The Expendables trilogy is $6.99 UHD at Microsoft, not MA compatible ($5.99 with Game Pass). I just discovered I somehow already have the first one, so it’s a lukewarm deal for me. Not sure I ever saw the third.

It says HD, but iTunes will upgrade it to 4k. I ended up getting Ferris Buller's Day Off in 4k and Everybody Wants Some!! in 4K (Everybody Wants Some!! in 4k is only at Vudu).

If you buy Escape Room Tournament of Champions, buy the extended cut. It comes with the theatrical cut as an extra on Movies Anywhere. The theatrical cut doesn't have the extended cut as an extra.

Definitely get both versions of this. It's not just extended, it's a totally different cut with about 30 minutes of footage swapped. The beginning, ending, a few characters, and the overall plot is changed.

You also get the theatrical cut as an iTunes extra so I went with the extended version too. Of course, I didn't really like the sequel all that much anyway so I'm not entirely sure why I bought it.

I think I preferred the theatrical. But I know a lot of people liked the extended cut. It's worth watching both just to see how different they are. You can FF through about 45 minutes in the middle. It's about 15-20 mins on the beginning and 15-20 on the end that are totally different.
